Problem with A/c and motor question

It doesnt work so im looking to pay someone on here to fix it if they know a/c. its a 93 civic dx hatchback. Also im looking at a motor and it need a tensioner belt...just wondering what that was??

tensioner belt?
sure it wasn't a timming belt and tensioner

I can fix the timing belt and tensioner p.m. me.
I don't care to mess w/ a/c though.
