Default Bad Block.....need Help Please!!!

I blew a hole in my block yesterday and wanted to know what block i should use to make a hybrid. I have a 95 GSR and I believe the head is still good. I desperatley need a block if anyone is selling a short block. I believe i need either a B18A or B18B, please let me know..

Thank you

Just make sure its done good! I know the a very good builder for such a motor. If you decide on it.
He said he needed a block fast to get the car running, I doubt he wants to go into the trouble of building a LSVTEC and trying to get it to work reliably.

as much as everyone argues about it it always comes down to "its only as reliable as its built"

also if u decide to do ls/vtec, the block my be cheap but your gonna spend at least another $150-200 on machine work if u cant do it yourself, and oil lines/fittings, so keep that in mind.
