Default Is my motor blown ?

So since my motor sucked in a mouthful of water the other night it hasn't been running right. I've changed my oil, run a gas treatment flushed everthing and it's still sputtering. So, I checked my codes and this is what I found :

1.) Code 7- TP Switch
2.) Code 23- Knock Sensor
3.) Code 72- Cylinder 2 misfire or random fire
4.) Code 74- Cylinder 4 misfire or random fire

So, I'm running nitrous but haven't in the past few weeks. My question is what the hell do I do ? Is my motor blown from the huge puddle of water I went through ? I need some guidance. I'm pretty confused. Is it worth getting fixed or should I just get a new motor ?

Well, I've thoughtt his out and it's gonna be more money to get the damn thing fixed then to get a motor. I mean I can get a B16 for around 1800 and I can do the install myself with some friends cause it's not a big deal. But what I might try to do is swap an H22A into my civic. I've got a friend who swapped an H22A into a CRX and he's offered to help me. I've heard that they make mounting kits for it and stuff now so, I dunno. But a new motor is def. what I'm leaning towards. Any more suggestions ? DO you guys no anybody that is selling a b16/h22 ? Lemme know. Thanks.

Right now I've got the stock D16y7 block with a D16y8 SOHC head on it. No internal work done at all with a 55 shot of nitrous on it.
