Default B16 question

well i started my motor today and everything fired up correctly, now the way my car is sitting right now, is up on jack stands with no tires, just brake rotors, the bottom ball joints arent even connected, with the clutch pushed in my axles still turned, but when i held the brake and the clutch, the motor bogged down as if the AC was on and a slight scratching sound came from the spot where the tranny meets the motor?? any suggestions?

it could judt be that i have buttoned it all back together and have some vibrations, just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions

yeah i might need to bleed the clutch a little more. i used an ACT 6 puck with a clutchnet pressure plate, never tried this combo before but had it laying around. i used a new TO bearing and have a B20 flywheel jusrt resurfaced, so i guess i will see when im done...

will centrifical force still cause the rotors to spin with the clutch pedal pushed in though?
