I did a search and couldn't find any posts listed about this, so can any one tell me what pieces are needed for a 98-2001 integra front bumper conversion besides healights, front bumper lights, and of course the bumper?

you don't need the bumper you need the bumper cover and a nice itr lip to go with it! oh and the rest of the parts you have mentioned
