its not that big of a deal, the motor only weighs 85 more pounds then the all B motors. Its easly fixed with a few supension mods. And with only a few bolt-ons you could easly run low 13's if you have traction. I know a few people with this setup and they love it. If you have the money and the time i say go for it man.

I have this swap and i love it. I got skunk 2 coilovers with adjustable kyb. The swap was not a bitch i did my swap. I have basic bolt ons and it ran a 13.4 on street tires. So whoever said it will only run 14's is wrong. And its not that expensive of a swap, and handling is not bad at all.

I have an H22 as well. swapped everything myself. It wasnt that big of a deal at all if you have some mechanic skills.

the only other swap I would even think about doing would be an LS Turbo. because they are so damn cheap and good to work with. Cost was the main issue with the H22 swap. It was expensive as hell and I did everything myself.

there is a person on ClubSi that can get you a bracket if you wish to keep your A/C. and if you want I can pay a visit and custom fit power steering for you. I have a pre-modified pump if you are interested. I had it on my sol but decided to remove it all.

i know someone that did the swap and he runs high 12s. You can probably get it done where i got my swap. Seacoast, on armenia and waters, they do a good job.

dont worry about the 85 lb. who in their right mind wouldnt want weight over the drive wheels ?? seriously. Traction Traction Traction.

but heck I lost 12 lbs on just a flywheel alone. if your that worried get a cf hood, get a manual rack , and relocate your battery. thats just some ideas. But I like the weight.
