Accord, has air bubbles in brakes?

Accord, has air bubbles in brakes?
My roommates accord has air in her brake system.
Her fluid is at normal level.
Air bubbles came out both front calipers (did not check the rears). I bled quite of old fluid out in attempt to get the air bubbles out but it stayed the same.
Now the only thing is can be is a busted master cylinder thats bleeding internally or a crack in the brake booster (checked didnt see any).
Am I missing anything here? It has to be the master or the brake booster.. but there wouldnt be any air in the system if it was the brake booster so it has to be the master.
How much are they and wheres the cheapest place to get a master cylinder.
Does anyone who has experience changing one want to do it?
She'll pay you.
