Vibrations @ 40-55 MPH?
What do you think? Is my suspension, Napa CV axles, or broken motor mounts responible for vibrations of car between 40 and 55 MPH. The car seems to ride fine at other speeds. All input is greatly appreciated.
alignment probroly, but if you want get under there and try to move the axels if you can move them its not a good sign, doubt its the suspension unless your riding on cut springs, and trust me, if it was the motor mount you would know
The rubber part of my motor mounts are cracked, well at least the top two. This is why I thought it might be that. J
Jay,
I had the tires balanced when I had them put on, like 3k miles ago and the shake is only noticed at 40-55 mph. At 120 the ride is as smooth as the inner thigh of a highschool cheerleader.
Knowing that, could balance still be the problem?

Go to a tire shop and get your balance checked on your tires. Depends on what condtion your tires are in too! If your car is out of alignment its only going to wear out your tires faster then normal and decreass your gas milage. go get your tires checked out.
