2000 Si Suspension....

will the shocks and springs fit on a 99 teg?

I believe so, but since you weigh slightly more you car would ride lower.

why? just get some nice aftermarket springs

The fronts will fit but on the rear you're gonna have to grind down the bushings on your lcas about 1cm or so. I'm 100% positive of this.
