Default worlds stupidest question

ok to make it quick i purchased a ls block form a friend for 20 bucks. catch is when the motor was being taken out it tipped on and now has dirt everywhere (none internal) neways heres the question. i have it sripped down since im getting it machined, if i use a pressure washer to get all the external dirt off will it hurt anything?

Take pictures after the acid dip. The stress marks caused by the dip are cool.
