I have a 95 gsr. the idle when cold jumps right to 2800 and drops slowly to about 2200 then drops to 900. Then surges back to 2500 so on so forth. I changed the idle control speed valve and that did not fix. I tested the ecu and it came back good. I have no vacuum leaks and all electrical is sending proper signal. It is not throwing any codes out???? any ideas???

 

idle air control valve...they are really expensive tho....im waiting to put my manifold on to fix it because the skunk2 will accept any iacv off any honda i believe...because there are 2 sizes

 

What is the cheapest way to fix that?
