Breaking up

I recently installed some type r cams into my 1996 sirg integra motor now it keeps breaking up just b4 vtec but after vtec it runs fine what could be causing this

what rpm is your vtec x over

could be a lot of things. have u changed any of your fuel settings? are u sure your ignition timing is set to where its supposed to be? is the cam timing done right? check these things first.
