Default CRX rear disc conversion

What do i need to change the rear drums to disc on an 89 si CRX? what car can i get brakes from?

That's a good site. The only problem is it's a hatchback and not a crx. Make sure you get the 90-91 crx si emergency brake cables. These are the ONLY ones that will work except for the 90-93 2 door integra ones but you have to make them work and it's a pain in the ass. As for parts, any 90-93 integra trailing arms will fit. Try ACE's in tampa or any other junkyards.

when I installed my disk brakes on my hatch my front brake lines poped a hole in them when I stepped on the brakes. I had to get new hoses. Has that ever happed to anyone? First for me? I thought its maybe because the p.valve wasnt changed and couldnt hold it pressure or somthing?

cophers on causeway is slim pickins now, i didnt see any integs or civic hatches over 1985, just the carb models

definitely wasn't your prop. valve. I ran for over a year with my original one with no problems. the lines were probably scored or torn a little and you didn't notice it until you put them on your car and started using them again.

and stay away from cophers, they are expensive and have a shitty selection

i picked up 2 crome interior handles for $4 and they fit my civic perfectly, took them out of a wrecked 91 civic dx 4dr
