use a integra 88-89 ecu pm7.........rev-limit at 7800rpm
I had this same ecu & a few other things
and dynod at 125hp to the wheels

but if you use a Usdm ecu you have to spend the money on a Vtec controller anyway so your better off just buying the vtec ecu...THe pw0 is the Jdm Ecu that came with the crx's b16's makes it alot easier we just did it into a 90 crx si sohcVtec works freaking great and with the Msd,ANd bigger throttle it almost keeps up with Dohc

if its a b16 ecu IT would be a PR3 if so then its running too rich ,but it will work
If the motor is a D16 then a ZC ecu is what will work best for
pre OBD,YES you will need to hook up vtec but if your cheap then you can use a toggle switch & relay($20)or another way

i want to convert to odb1 but i don't have a harness and i can't spend to much money on one right now

I have an OBD1 dizzy, P-28 vtec ecu, and harness convertor.

I paid: $100 dizzy used
$ 100 p-28 ecu
$ $163 for the wiring harness convertor.

If you want all three make me an offer or if you can get a hold of a HF/Std. manifold I'll do a trade with some cash.
