Suspension

Which will give better ride quality? Lowering Springs or coilovers? Whether you get Springs or coilovers, is it recommended that you replace your shocks too?

Who has the best components for the $$$?

personally i dont like coilovers
ive seen alot of coilover make clicking sounds and have problems

and yes do new shocks
why do if your not gonna do it right

kyb and neuspeed sport or race
cant go wrong great combo

My friend's GSR has Got Coilovers with Koni adjustables and it rides smooth as hell. It also depends on what you want to pay for also. You can get springs for like $150 at racing zone. a whole shock setup will cost a pretty penny.
