Default important please help

my car is a 99 civic and is idleing very rough. I pulled out my plugs and one of them was wet at the bottom when I pulled it out. it isnt soaking wet, just damp but all the others were dry.

Your car is pretty new still. I would say just try adjusting your idle control. Or try a higher octane?

what do you mean by wet? Wet with gas or wet with oil.
