LS Buildup
I'm doing an LS Swap into my 90 hatchback. I am rebuilding the engine before putting it in and am lookin to go all motor or nitrous. Neways i want to know what the compression would be if i used stock head and type r pistons and if i plan to run up to a 100 shot if i should shave the head at all. I will be using the LS rods but am looking to run either b16 or typre r pistons. Please help. I also plan to port and polish the head. Nitrous will be a wet kit.

Run the type r pistons if you plan on using nitrous. Run the b16a pistons if you want to go all motor. For the nitrous setup you may want to have the piston domes teflon coated to help withstand the temps. You should also pick up arp rod bolts and have the rods resized.
