Brake Conversion
ok, as most of you all know i have a 91 civic dx, i was looking at the brake upgrades and AEM'S kit is like $2000, and i was told that i could just go to a junkyard and get the front and rear disk brakes off of a 88-91 integra and it would bolt right on to my civic and i would have upgraded the brakes far cheaper than buyin that aem kit, i have a couple of questions
what year integra?
and if i pull the disk brakes off of the front of 2 cars, will it bolt right up to the front and rear?
i have front disks, and rear drums so that is why i was asking

90-93 Integra, you can find them for around $100-$250 with everything. Brake calipers, E-brake cable, rotors etc.

Actually you can take the complete rear trailing arm off of any 90+ civic or integra that had rear disks. They all will bolt up and have the same geometry. For your civic I know the 90-93 teg ebrake cable works, not sure if the later civic/teg cables will work though.
