im looking to add some kind of a lsd and maybe even the magical final gear....ive done some research and i cant figure out if its worth it to get a type r tranny, quaife, phantom grip, and where/who does good tranny work....how much am i looking each way....thanks alot

 

a used type r tranny is gonna cost u about 1200. a quaiffe is gonna be about 700 plus then u gotta install it. same idea with the final drive...a couple hundred plus installation. unless ur making some serious power and have nast traction problems i dont think its worth all that money. might as well do some motor work

 

type r lsd's fit into GSR tranny's. there are a few different itr and ctr lsd's, including a viscious and a helical. i say helical!
