car won't start

Default car won't start

i've been having some trouble getting my car started in the past couple of days. Evrytime i tried to start it i had to jumo start it and tonight, it wouldnt start even with a jump. i got a whole lot of clicking from all over the engine bay, but no start. bad starter? dead battery?

go to any auto parts store and get your charging system checked also check to see if you have a good ground if it all checks out its your starter

how do i take it to an auto parts store if it wont start?

could it possibly be the main relay?........

Main relay would be no fuel. If you need jump starts that has nothing to do with fuel.
Sounds like a charging issue.

i have the same problem... battery test at 11.90 volts car off and 12.03 when running after a jump!?

Probably a weak battery and bad alternator. Charging voltage with no load should be around 13.5-14.5 volts at idle os just above. HTH

if its a five speed there is one thing that everyone overlooks when their car won't start like yours..if its a five speed there is a clutch spafety switch at he top of your pedal...there is a little rubber gromet that rots(im assuming) and it breaks and then when you press the pedal it still thinks the pedal isn't pressed...i have had this problem with both my brake and clutch pedal and i have a couple of friends that have had the same problem

might have a bad ignitor or coil, has happened to me before
