03 Type R civic
*buzzer* sorry car dealers don't know crap. He may as well say they're putting an NSX engine in it and adding I/H/E. If they don't sell good, all they're going to do is stop making this particular model. I talked to a Nissan dealer once about getting an S14 240sx and he just about had no isea what I was talking about.
The New SI is just plain sorry. That was just bad design. I'd rather have a '00 SI with 200,000mi than a brand new 03 SI.

Well in my recent MT magazine they had an article about it actually.
Here's a quote,
"First Drive 2003 Honda Civic Type R"
"Face it: the current Si is a disappointment. It stumbles over it's puny 15in rolling stock, and it's engine is not the rev happy zinger we've come to expect from a honda. Fear not: Relief is on it's way, in the form of the near 200horse 146mhp Civic Type R."
Price range: 18-20K (est)
On sale- Fall 2003 as 2004 model (est)

ive had my car fasterand i HIGHLY doubt it'll be $18-20k......the current Si's are going for almost $18k and the "Type-R" badging warrants an extra $4k ATLEAST
