Default Check Engine Light PLEASE READ!!
2 Codes

1. - fuel line malfunction
2. - o2 sensor bank 1 (system too rich)

Anyone ever encounter this with a Honda? Its a b16a2 2000 Civic Si. Any help would be great...

im assuming the codes throw are 43 and 45

43-fuel system malfuntion
45-system too lean or too rich

my guess is something is either setup wrong or wired wrong for the vafc.

Im thinking the same, how long have you had the VAFC, and has it been tuned? I would put it back to stock settings if your trying to seat-of-the-pants tune it.
