Clutch feels like mush.

Clutch doesn't feel like it should. It's soft has hell.
Just replaced it, pressure plate and fly.
Bled the clutch (my friend did).
Im assuming it was bled improperly, so I'll do it again tomorrow. Any other ideas on what I could try, or what this could be?

yep... or your master cylinder is fucked... or fluid is low...

depending on what clutch you installed, some new clutches install "soft" and tighten up later. If it engages properly then that is just probably the case.

I can vouch that he isn't gay. I like soft clutches... the 280's clutch is a pain in my ass, after pushin it in so many times my toes tingle.

that's what happened when I replaced my clutch. It was soft as hell for like 300 miles. I didn't replace the throw out bearing though, so maybe that has something to do with it.

I replaced everything.
The clutch grabs VERY nice. Chirps third nifty like. It's just soft.
