It's got the (200-hp) engine that's in the RSX Type S, and the normal Type R suspension, etc. upgrades.

all the haters can shove it, do some real research, in stock trim the K20 is a far superior motor to the b series.
it is only a matter of time before there is a serious aftermarket for them and they will surpass the current b series.

just look at realtime racings rsx vs the ITR's that they have had for years, the rsx qualified far ahead of the ITR's at sebring.

counter points are very true, however I was just talking about the motor, I'm sick of ignorant people hating on them.

obviously the cars are going to be heavier than the eg's of yore, however they are not much heavier than the dc2. I am biased towards road racing and they are proving their worth there.

K20's have also been known to drop valves from time to time!

like 6 rsx's have been returned to the acura dealership in bradenton.

otherwise though...the k20 is going to be an even better platform...but as walter and john both stated, it will take a few years before everyone gains a really good understanding of them and people start playing around with different setups.

i'm waiting for someone to put a k20 head on a k24 bottom end.

a 2.4 liter crvtec with a head that can flow better will make close to 275whp.

and does anyone really think honda would make a motor that is worse than the b-series? come on...honda engineers are the smartest fucking people on the planet, they know what they're doing!
