you did hook up the vacuum line to the top of the FPR, right?

it sounds to me like you messed up somewhere on the installation. if the spring isnt seated right inside the regulator, it will bind and cause your problem. to reset the ecu (it will return though) you pull the "Back up" 7.5a fuse from the fuse box under the hood.

looks like that 255 high press is coming back to haunt you. put the stock pump back in and stop aimlessly putting parts on your car you don't need, or don't know how to use.
