Stainless steel valves now available for all B-series and H-series cylinder heads. Upgrade your valvetrain with stainless-steel valves. Stronger and lighter than the factory valves, stainless steel valves reduce valvetrain weight allowing your engine to rev quicker and smoother. Stainless steel valves are made strong to withstand the vigors of racing. Choose from either STD compression or High-compression(flat bottom). D-series SOHC valves can be special ordered. Sold in a set of 16.
sounds like a good setup so far, I would go with skunk retainers though. skunk makes some good valves to, they make high comp valves that'll bring up compression by about .4 , right now as it sits your looking at a 11.4:1 compression, those skunk valves might bring it up to about 11.8:1, good for some good power.

oh sorry, you said usdm B18c5 pistons, that give a compression of 10.8:1, personally I would use P30's to yeild a compression of 11.6:1.

These new Skunk2 racing valves are made from CNC-machined one-piece SAE EV-8 stainless steel forgings, providing excellent heat and corrosion resistance. The valves are swirl polished and feature a black nitride coating for improved friction reduction at high rpm speeds. The Skunk2 racing high compression valves has a unique feature, these valves have a flat bottom instead of your traditional dished bottom like most valves and the high compression valves increase compression by 0.3-0.5 point. Offered for B-series DOHC VTEC and D-series SOHC VTEC and H22A DOHC VTEC. Get the edge with the Skunk2 racing valves! Offered in standard size and 0.5mm oversize and 1.0mm oversize.
do i have to bore the head at all?
also which/if any will make a better daily driver?
or is just as long at the CR isnt too high it will be ok for
a daily driver
what oversized? the vales? I would'nt get into all that, if you did, you just need the head ported to match the valve size, thats the whole point of oversized valves... is to run a larger intake port.

Don't get oversized valves. If you get itr valves the head will need a 3 angle valve job since the cit on the itr valves is different than the gsr ones. Don't order valves and such until you pick up a head and check it out. If you end up picking up a head that has valves and they are in good condition then use those. There really isn't too much difference when upgrading to itr valves, the money could be better spent elsewhere. Skunk 2 valves are not needed with your setup.
Get jdm itr pistons. 11.3:1 comp ratio, perfect for your setup. Get .25mm oversized.
