If you are planning to do more to the motor later like raise compression or bigger cams or something like that then get the itr one.

you want free flowing air from intake all the way out to the muffler for an n/a car
for the same price and a .5" difference (mabye .25" not 100% postive) id say its more than worth it
you do know the more free flowing you intake system is, the less velocity the air has entering the chambers. and less velocity also means less automization ( speeling? )of the air and fuel mix. there is such thing as " to much of a good thing" bolt on a 70mm throttle body to a stock D motor and tell me what happends. the amount of flow you have going into the engine should be directly related to how the engine is built. and no a vafc will not do much for that either. not trying to be a dick but you sound like you read this out of a import tuner magazine. why not just run a 4 inch exhaust??
