H&R springs?

what is the spring rate for H&R compared to neuspeed both in the sport line?
I know it is a 1.5 inch drop.

anyone have some H&R or Neuspeed sport springs for sale?

I know this should be in the f/s.

I posted one there too... just expanding my horizons.. thanks

Also.. if anyone has some stock front spring/shock combos laying around I would be glad to take them off your hands.. thanks

ive had both and im much happier with the neuspeeds. H+Rs were pretty bouncy

oh...

I was also thinking of neuspeed Sofsports.. know anything about those?

i have the neuspeed sports on my integra and they are great. nice and low, nothing drags, and not bouncy at all.

im not looking for super low.. i thought it was only 1.5 inches..

the front sits just as low as the tires that are on there. the back has about 1" of gap

I've had the HR sports. I liked them, the ride was almost stock not bouncy in my hatch. No experience with the Neuspeeds though.

hmmm conflicting results...

were the bouncy H&Rs on blown shocks cavy?

I have had both Neuspeed "Race" springs, and H&R springs on my cars... The Neuspeed springs where good on my stock shocks. The H&R's are with Tokico 5 way adjustible shocks. Resonally, I like the H&R's better, maybe it is beause of the Tokicos. What kind of car do you have? I might be getting rid of my H&R's.
