why would you do that,if you are gonna do that just put the whole ls motor in that setup will be so slow its not even funny,plus I dont think it will work since its a vtec block and not head

no what timing belt would u use
b16 too short
ls/gsr too long

a b16a belt would fit that but there is no reason to waste your time with that sort of setup. Its like a b series zc motor. A single cam vtec motor would make more power.
