code 14 sucks. I cannot get it to run properly. I recently swapped a b16a1 into my 91 dx hatch. I troubleshooted the problem like the manual says, but no luck. i connected 12v, to the iac valve, and it does "click". So then I checked my wiring, switched 12v at one terminal and the other terminal goes to the ecu. so im thinking it must be a bad pwo ecu. Has anyone else ever had this problem?? Also, does the computer lower the rev. limited when the CEL is on? My rev-limiter hits at 7500 rpm, and is aggrivating the hell outta me. thanks for looking.
