Default header for b16

Ok I know this is one of those questions that get asked over and over again...but I need some help...been looking around for some reviews for headers for b series motors....cant really find any that specifically say "good for low end" I have a jdm b16 bottom end....What are some good choices for headers that are SUPPOSED to help in the low rpms...because God knows I need all the low end I can get with the b16....looking for a moderately priced one too...I know of the oem type r,mugen, comptech etc headers...but they are rediculously high priced...any opinions?

comptech is nice and should help low end a little, but there is no header that is going to give you much down low on a b16a. Use the $400 or so you were going to spend on a header and put it toward picking up a gsr or ls block.
