Smile OBD2 LS into 92 CX using a P09 engine harness--Assistance Appreciated

What are the wiring differences between an obd1 LS longblock and an obd2 LS longblock?

I have a 92 CX that I'm dropping in a 96 LS and I am using a P09 wire harness...I already have swapped the injector plugs to obd2 style and I was plugging it all up when I noticed the plug by the crank pulley...Something tells me that its a crank angle sensor and I don't have that plug on the wire harness...I have a few other harnesses but I rather not cut them all up to make one good one...Where is the P09 Harness from? I rewired the Obd 2 LS distributor and used the plugs off an obd1 single cam distributor, so thats all good to go...Any help is appreciated...

That extra plug/sensor by the crank pulley is the crank fluctuation sensor CKF, unless youare running an obd2 ls ecu you don't need to worry about it. I think p09 is from 92-95 dx's. If so there probably won't be a map sensor plug on the harness because on the dx's it was firewall mounted.

I think the P06 wire harness is from the DX...The P05 is from the CX...I have the P05 wire harness too...So, forget about the Crank Fluctuation sensor...Perfect...Now, the P09 harness doesn't have the plug for this either...It may be a different style plug, but its not on the harness...Its the black one on the left of the head

the plug in the first picture is a coolant temp sensor that tells the ecu when the motor is warm, every Honda I've seen since 88 has this sensor so the plug is there you might just have to lengthen the wires, I forget off the top of my head what the wire colors are for it. And it is always the same two wire round plug.

The sensor in the second pic is the evap purge . Emissions stuff, not needed, won't throw a code, don't worry about it. On the last ls motor I built we just removed it then JB welded in the hole left by it.

Yeah I knew it was the ECT Sensor but I don't know why I didn't have the plug for it...Now I see that its just a little bit away...Thanks,
