yes a dc header for a 99-00 si (is that what you were refering to?) will fit but the oxygen sensor bung is not in the right position. You will actually need two o2 bungs located in the same position as the stock manifold for your car to run right. Or you can run the manifold as it is and get a mugen chip or something like that that runs closed loop all the time and doesn't read the o2 sensor.
In case you were not referring to a 99-00 si then no the 01 header will not fit.
