Will an intake manifold for an ls fit the b16a engine

you'd be better off with a type r intake mani.
I have one I'm trying to get rid of, let me know by pm if youre interested.

no an ls will not fit.
A type R fits nicely.

next question... is the type r as good or better than the performance intake mani...i.e. skunk2, I plan on running turbo later, if I get the type r will it need to be replace with the turbo?

skunk2 is pretty much a type r. So get what ever one you can at a better price which will probably be the itr which is about $220-230 new.
