ls valve adjustment?

what are the correct specs for valve adjustment clearance for 98 ls?? anybody have good tips on doing the valve adjustment? thanks

No. 1 cylinder
Intake: 0.08-0.12mm
Exhaust: 0.16-0.20mm

No. 2 cylinder
Intake:same
Exhaust:same

No. 3 cylinder
Intake:same
Exhaust:same

No. 4 cylinder
Intake:same
Exhaust:same

Tips: Adjust when cold and The Adjustments is the same for both intake and exhaust valves. After adjusting retorque the crankshaft pulley bolt to 130lbs.-ft.
