Ok i had a b16a put in a 90 CRX and the person that put it in didnt wire in my distributar right can anyone help me fix it??????????

 

What do you mean didnt wire it in right? Like the firing order? If so.. I think it's 1-3-4-2 going counter-clockwise.

 

no i mean that im throwing a code 9 which is either a bad dist. or its not wired into the ecu correctly

 

bad dizzy or sensor in dizzy==code 9

 

i changed the dist and put a new one on and same code

 

The wiring for your car should be the same as any standard b series wiring, My suggestion, would be to go over your cyp, ckp, and the tdc wires on dist. I have a chart in which you may be able to use, or atleast use to reference, but all the info as far as which wires go where is there. My other thought, is you used your old harness and laced in on as many others do, me my self I cut my old one, and when it came down to the dizzy, I had 1 of 2 choices, 1. Go color for color on cyp,ckp,tdc, and change the configuration @ the Dist, or 2. change the configuration at the ecu, when I made my harness, I was told by mad people to do it @ dist. But It made more sence to me to change at ecu, and not have to fuck with the dist. Maybe this will help, maybe not.
Your problem could only be 1 or 2 things in all reality if all else was done correctly..

i didnt wire my ls/vtec but i swear the distrib had a few wires to move
