Don't assume things, they make an ASS out of U and ME!!!

I Already have forged high comp. pistons and the rods.

Please just answer the question.

Will Ls Eagle rods have to be modified for ITR pistons!!

no the piston should be cut not the rod.

Please explain why you would not remove material from the rod. It seems like more hassle to machine from the small are inside the piston than from the end of the exposed rod. It shouldn't matter about weight because after the machining the rotating assembly must be balanced, both of which the pistons and rods are part of.

Plus I have not had good luck with Eiseles. And know other who will not take their business there.

I do the pistons too because if a failure were to occur it would be in the rod. I no longer use eisle's for block work either but they do pretty good three angle valve jobs and general head cleanup.

werd.

dont let them touch ur block.
i told them i wanted the piston to wall tight as shit and they made it like on the max end of the specs, i was fucking pissed.

but other than that, they good.

and btw, since your takin the same amount of material off each piston it doesnt really need to be balanced
