will an adjustable FPR help me?

Car runs rich and gets shitty gas mileage w/ chipped P28 ecu! Since i cant get my hands on a P30 ecu, will an adjustable FPR help me at all? If so, which one is the best to use?!?......Thanks!

Adjustable FPR will only raise/lower fuel over your entire RPM band, it raises/lowers static pressure. In other words. It wont work, you can try a V/SAFC or hondata.

Hondata would be your best option.
