Default 1999 Civic EX Oil leak problem, need help with diagnosis

I picked up a 1999 Honda Civic yesterday. I woke up this morning to an oil leak underneath the distributor, right at the front left corner where the head meets the block and the transmission meets the block. I replaced the o-ring in the distributor, thinking this could be the potential problem. The previous owner had the water pump, timing and head gasket done less than 10,000 miles ago. I noticed that it leaks very little when the vehicle is on, but as soon as I turn it off it begins to pour quicker, like the lack of compression allows it to flow freely out of the motor. I'm not entirely sure what to do next, here is a picture of the leakage. Any advice as to where the oil leak could be occurring would greatly appreciated!

lot of aftermarket brand head gaskets I have seen leak oil on the passenger side. No other leaks into oil or leak of compression but they just leak out that side for some reason. they probably used cheap brand or who knows if they properly torqued the head. My opinion is re-torque every bolt like another 5-10lbs. I see 5lbs being very safe, 10lbs might be pushing it but its just probably not properly sealing. Good luck with that...
