rebuilding my block for stock ls motor.....i couldn't find the letters stamped on the block for the bearing/color...but found the following on the crank......

b2, b2, b2, b2, b2........on the crank

3, 3, 2, 3....................on the rods

what color bearings do i need for the main bearings and the rods??

any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks john

 

look harder on the block. the letter are there and are necessary to get main bearing colors. the letters are on the intake/timing corner of the motor if my memory serves me correctly.
