Does anyone know anyother method to removing 14mm 10g. bolts. Its really a pain. My extractors are barely penatrating through the head. Its the steering rack mounting bolts under the car. It just keeps spinning and spinning around and around doesnt loosen or tighten. It needed to be tighten down to eliminate this rattle I kept having from driving. I tried differnt sizes and I have a electric drill so I have power and pressure. I really dont know whats wrong. I thought maybe someone on here could give me some advise or somthing to help me use another way or maybe Iam doing somthing wrong which is a huge possiablity.

 

tt iam still stuck with this please help me. The head of the bolt is barely sticking out its broken inside of were it is screwed into. Do I cut the head off with a hacksaw or do I do what?? please help me. I soaked it in penatrating oil for a while. Is there any way to remove this out of the spot its in right now.
