94 Accord condenser fan/AC issues
Me and friend just did a head job on my 1994 accord LX, replacing all the gaskets, thermostat, and more because my car was overhearing (bad thermostat) and it caused the head gasket to leak. Got the head off and resurfaced and everything back together now and it runs fine, no leaks
But both fans are acting up, both fan motors work fine, and the all fan relays click (jumped 12v power to test).
We'll start with the simple one, the radiator fan will sometimes kick on even when the engine is off not sure why. I installed a new fan switch hoping it would work(located where the radiator hose meets the head), it did not. But it does turn on when the engine heats up.
My condenser fan I cannot get to turn on, and now my AC blower position switch(head/feet/defroster buttons on dash) is not working (condenser fan wasn't working weeks before blower switch started acting up) which leads me to believe the two are related. Turning on the blower fans to any speed, then pressing the AC button should turn the condenser fan on, it does not and summer is here!
Anyone have any ideas?

Radiator fan should come on at 93c or anytime above 108c thru ignition switch in position 2. I don't see a problem with that.
Condenser fan must have these things to run.
Fuse 8 (7.5) in underhood must be good
A/c selected and fan in HI speed
compressor clutch relay must work
A/c pressure switch must close indicating sufficient charge in system
I originally thought you just had a bad ground (which you still might) then i looked at the print with my glasses on...If none of these things help LMK I will dig deeper.

The valve cover ground is fine, the compressor clutch works (you can feel the drag on the RPMs when the AC is turned on), the fuse is good, both relays attached the bracket on radiator are clicking (cond fan and ac clutch relay). The position switch in AC controls isnt working (the switch changes and lights up accordingly but air blows through all vents) so I'll check the pressure switch when I'm in there tomorrow when i take the dash cover off.
You will need this print to fix the climate control issue

Got all the center console and gauge/ac aontrol cover off and have been testing continuity but my book (haynes) isn't very specific. From the photos attached you can see what I mean.
(book doesnt mention pin 6 but it was giving continuity on ALL settings)
The 1 to 4 fan speed switch have proper continuity, now checking the positions the book says in "heat" and "vent" positions which I would think means recycle air flow (use inside air) or outside air the temperature control knob to the hotter position as shown in the picture below, but I'm not sure if that is correct.

I tested the fan position switches and they gave the following continuity
1. 2 to 6 (all upper)
2. 2, 5, and 6
3. 2, 6, 14 (all lower)
4. 2, 6, 13
5. 2, 6 and 12 (all defrost)
Is the 6 pin for heat? (as is popped continuity for all)
Also cannot find in my haynes book or online the location on the A/C pressure switch. I read it was somehwhere behind the gauge cover but I'm not sure.

I think the cooling fan issue is related to the coolant temp sensor. If you have weak, intermittent, or no signal coming from it the fan can act up - turning on when it shouldn't and not turning on when it should. It's pretty common to damage it during a head job.
Condenser fan is a little weirder. I take it you tested the motor on this one as well? Try turning the car on, running the AC and then giving the fan a slight push with your fingers to "jump start" it. My EK had this problem just last weekend. The fan wouldn't turn on so the comp. clutch would cycle on and off. A quick push with my hand and a liberal coating of WD40 and now it works just fine. Also make SURE that the clutch is engaging. You should hear a pretty loud click when it does and make sure you do a visual check to see that it is spinning at the same rate as the pulley. If it's not engaging that's why the fan won't work. And maybe it's not engaging because you have a bad pressure switch in the AC system.
The climate control is unrelated to the fan. It is operated using vacuum (I believe) and you probably just forgot to hook up a vacuum hose during the install. Either way, check all of your fuses and relays and make sure you're not missing an easy step.

I've had the "Kick start" issue back with my moms old plymoth voyager and tried that here, no luck. I don't think the clutch pulley is working now because it no longer gives drag on the RPM, but that could be my AC button (part of the heater control unit I've been testing) that is keeping the compressor from getting a signal to engage (I do have my whole center console taken apart but that shouldn't stop it). It seems that the condenser fan isnt kicking on when the engine reaches it's "second stage" or temperature to kick on the condenser fan, I know the radiator fan should kick on @ 196 degrees F and the condenser fan around 217 degrees. There is a brand new radiator in and since the radiator fan is keeping it cool enough it might not be able to reach that threshold to kick on the confenser fan, so I can't be sure.
Where is the AC pressure switch?

6 is Fresh air/Recirc switch
14 is heat switch
4 is vent
Refer to the last print I put up. All the switches go to the mode control motor. Check the ground on that which is under dash. With climate control unhooked power the motor with 12vdc to various wires according to print. Vent, defrost, bilevel etc..listen for motor to run.
