AEM fuel rail will not accept RC 330 injectors...
So, I'm in the process of swapping out my stock, poorly fitting fuel rail with one from AEM but I have run into a problem. The RC 330 injectors with OEM seals will not fit into the AEM fuel rail without getting cut. I tried oil, coolant, and some spit to slide them in, with no luck. What am I doing wrong?

So, come to find out the old injectors do not fit either. I think I may have gotten a defective rail...or maybe AEM has a bunch of bad ones?

True. Yeah, it does have a number but it's nothing like the part numbers they advertise. I'm going to call them.

So, come to find out that the rail is correct, it's just that the holes were not drilled big enough. Stock injector holes are slightly larger and tapered, allowing the seals to slide by and fit correctly. I may take the rail to a machine shop to see if they can make the holes bigger.
