question about my zc. i could use ur help

Default question about my zc. i could use ur help

i have a 1988 crx with a zc in it im having a little problem. the spark plug filled up with oil and it sounds like one of them is mis fireing. i was told to change spark plugs and rings. wtf do u think. if i cant fix it let me know if you got a crx si engine for sell or something good.

if the oil is on the TOP of the plugs then it sounds like the

o-rings on the valve cover are toast, and are leaking down onto the
plugs.

if your rings are going,you would have white smoke constantley out the tailpipe.

just take the valve cover off and take a peek.

had that happen before...it will drain into the cylinder and foul the affected plug. time for a new valve cover gasket & plug gaskets
