Default mini me problem

ok did a standard mini me set up on my crx. A 95 sohc vtec civic head on a 91 dx bottom end with an si distributor. Wired everthing up, slapped on the distributor. Try to start the car, it's trying to turn over but no spark. We find out nothing is wrong with the ecu or the wiring. The ecu throughs a code 15 and a code 8 which is the coil and the igniter inside the distributor. So we replace thoose 2 things in the distributor. try to turn the car over and no spark. the ecu is not throughing any codes out this time so the problem is fixed but my car is not running. any ideas on why im not getting spark?

Do you have power to the coil?Is the firing order correct?Check the cap & rotor.
Hard to trouble shoot unless seen...

Grounds all good, they will cause you many problems if one is not hooked up.
