Obd1 O2 sensors??? All the same?

Obd1 O2 sensors??? All the same?
I've got a 96 prelude h22 with no O2 sensors.....I've got an obd1 O2 sensor from a 94 delsol both are 4 wire
I know I need a secondary sensor still but will all the primary's be the same?
And does anyone have any for sale from a 93-96 prelude?
