Depends on the year of the EF8. If it's a 90-91 EF8 front end then the 90-91 USDM corner lenses will fit. Hope that helps!

 

They won't fit well though. Do you have the whole front end (fenders, hood, radiator support and front bumper)?

 

Most companies will ship them with lights and everything included. If not, there are dozens of sets of lights on ebay that you can purchase. In order for the front end to look right, you will need the SiR headlights as well (hood sticks out more).

Here is a pic of a guy that did the SiR front end conversion with only the bumper, headlights, and a carbon fiber hood from Fiber Images. He even used the stock rad support and modified it to fit.

As you can see the stock corner lenses do fit.
