ok so what i got is a 93 civic that has the tranny and head from a 96-00 civic in it, d15b block. whats happening is the motor is not level when all motor mounts are tighted up the problem is the passager side motor mount, and its pullin my timing belt in and its rubbin the valve cover damaging the belt. i tried to google it but i couldnt find anyone with the same problem. when i losen the motor( its the passger side one right below the air box) when the motor is back level again the mount is now where near the studs on the transmisson, theres a very big gap. the code on the tranny is E5F S40, and the block is D15B, im new to the honda world so any help would be awesome thanks, all i could think is maybe its the wrong mount?

 

was the car an automatic before?

there are things that make me think it was. the cluster has the gear indacator(sp?) on it, where it shows park, reverse,etc. but i thought it was just replaced because it also has a cruise control light on it too and the car does not have cruise control. but if it was what has to be done to fix this motor mount problem?
