oil pan wont seal!!!!!!!!!!!

Default oil pan wont seal!!!!!!!!!!!

guys i have taken off my oil pan and used an OEM gasket and hondabond and still have a little trickle of oil running into the bottom of my tranny the thingis i spent mad loot on a clutch and dont want it covered with oil AGAIN. any ideas or solutions are much appreciated

Are you positive its the oil pan? If so then try RTV sealant

i did i even spent the money on "HONDABOND" and i still have a trickle every now and then, i have never seen an oil pan kick my ass but this one sure is

sounds like rear main seal. Happened to me before PITA.

Double check the pan gasket before going out and blaming the rear main seal. Make sure the gasket isn't mushroomed out from overtorqueing it.
Sometimes a the Honda torque specs for pan gaskets can be a little too tight.

i had the same problem a couple days ago, i kept thinking it was the oil pan seal, it wound up being the crankshaft seal.

There's also 2 more seals to check oilfilter seal behind your oilcooler and you shifter seal where it connects to your tranny....

thanks yall, when i put in the clutch i put in a new main seal cause i wasnt gonna go all the way back in for it, im tired of clutches..........3 clutches 3 weeks.........
finally one that works,
