Default D16y7 ek transmission HELP!!!!!!!!!

FIXED THE ISSUE IT WAS THE INPUT SHAFT BEARING>>>

ok so this is my problem and all that i have done to try and fix the problem and still no luck.. PLEASE WATCH VIDEO

its a d16y7 motor and trans

its been making the noise since i bought the car about 9months ago about 25,000+ miles (yes i drive alot)

i thought it was a simple throw out bearing (tob) since when i push the clutch in the noise goes away and when i let off the clutch it makes the noise

1st. 6/15/2011 I went and bought a oem replacement clutch PP tob bearing behind the flywheel.. and driver side axle change everything and put everything back together still made the noise FML

2nd 10/20/2011 i went and got a z6 trans from a friend (so i knew it was good) changed it still made the noise FML

3rd 10/20/11 pull the axles out thinking maybe a it was a axle that was not sitting right still made the noise FMl

4th 10/21/2011 went and pickd up a tob and fork and put the old y7 trans back in the car still made the noise FMl

5th im asking TR what do you think the noise is ???????????

Here is a video of the noise listen to it ( its making the noise than i push the clutch in and it goes away).......\\\

I have changed the tob. 3 times already. From the one that came wit the car to the new one. Than another new one still made the noise. Thought about the input shaft bearing. So i chnagd the entire transmission still did it. Does anyone think the flywheel could make the noise???

Did you change the pilot bearing on the flywheel?

Typically a bad ISB will have a noticeable whine in 1st & 2nd. Or if it is real bad you can grab the input shaft and move it around before installation of a trans. I have seen more single cam trans have this issue. Maybe it is due to a smaller bearing than DOHC.
